Babas World Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Babas World, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item within 7 days of receiving it for exchange, credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Returns:

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Some items, including baby products, toys, electronics, and health or beauty items, must be returned unopened/unsealed.

Please include your order number and contact details with the returned parcel.

If packaging is opened, a 15% handling fee may apply.
Faulty or Damaged Products:

Notify us within 24 hours if your product is damaged or missing parts on delivery.

Faults due to wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized alterations, water or electrical damage, or battery issues are not covered.

Electronic items have a 3-month exchange period for mechanical or electronic failure, provided the product has not been tampered with or abused.
Returns Process:

Contact us first via e-mail or phone before returning items.

Include a copy of your invoice and a short note explaining the reason for the return.

Items returned that are not faulty or damaged may incur shipping costs charged to the customer.

Exchanges are void if the product has been tampered with, abused, or used outside manufacturer specifications.

For cancelled credit card or Payfast orders, a 5% banking fee may be deducted from the refund.
