What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?

Courier (Door-to-Door Delivery):
We offer nationwide courier delivery at a flat rate of R99. This excludes farms, townships, and far-out areas. Please provide a full physical address where someone will be available to receive your parcel. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

• Gauteng (Johannesburg, Pretoria, and surrounding areas): 2–3 working days

• Other Main Cities: 3–5 working days

• Regional & Outlying Areas: 3–7 working days

Please read the item description carefully, as some products have lead times that may affect dispatch.

Free Shipping:

• Orders over R1500 qualify for free shipping within South Africa (main centres only).

Important Notes:

• Main centres include properties within a 50 km radius of major cities.

• We do not deliver by courier to plots, farms, mines, military bases, major chain stores, power stations, game reserves, lodges, airports, or harbours. Extra costs for delivery or returns to these locations will be the responsibility of the customer.

• Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and stock availability.
